Here’s how it works:

  1. Affordable readers are placed anywhere in a facility that a unique job code is needed
  2. Whenever employees move areas and change tasks, they simply tap their badge on the next reader in the new area
  3. The reader automatically clocks the employee out of their previous job code and location and in to the new one

It's that simple.


Reporting -  At the end of the day, our TimeKard software sends a report. We offer both standard and customized reports to keep you in the loop. For our enterprise level customers, we can provide raw data if in-house analysis is desired. 

Infinite jobs codes - You are only limited to the number of job clocks in the facility. 

Companies we work with enjoy the fact that they can deploy 5-10 TimeKard job clock station for the average price of 1 timeclock from a Legacy supplier. 


Our system requires WiFi and standard 120VAC power. If you do not have WiFi or power in your facility, or you want to use TimeKards in a field or construction environment, please call us so we can discuss your needs and develop a custom system. Solutions are readily available.
